All products and orders are double checked for quality and correctness before being shipped.
Returns for defective products will be honored within ten days of your receiving the product. All other situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item. If we deem that the item is being returned because of something we did or failed to do, we will pay the shipping.
We will promptly refund the full cost of returned products minus the original shipping costs. You will receive credit on your credit card or by the same original method of payment you used.
